Serenity Now

I always hear comments like "I don't know how you deal with all those little kids," or "Bless you, because I couldn't do it!"  But Kindergarten teachers get overwhelmed, too!  Sometimes the stress of life gets to me and I need to remind myself to take a step back!  I find the following pages useful in those moments and hope you might, too.  Find your serenity. Click the following pages as needed.

READ A POEM if you feel like things just aren't working in your favor.

LISTEN TO A QUICK MESSAGE if you need to restore your faith.

MEDITATE if you need some mindful awareness.

ADJUST your attitude if you need to.

WORK OUT to let go.

  1. How do I get notifications or "follow" your blog? Do I have to check back everyday?

  2. I love your four star writing rubric. I would like to use it in my pre-k classroom. Would you be willing to send me the document so I can edit it? I want to crop it down to just the first three stars, that's more appropriate for my 3 and 4 year olds, especially at the beginning of the year. I will still keep your name at the bottom giving you credit. (As is only right!) Thank you for your consideration! Hugs, Kristi
